Shipping policy

About Shipping:

Shipping is currently only available to the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Orders are sent via USPS Priority Shipping, and are typically shipped out within 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) following the date of order. Tracking is sent via email for every order. If you have not received an email with tracking, please check your junk mail box.

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to adjust the shipping based on size, therefore we will partially refund you the difference for shipping overages on small packages.

Local Pickup: 

Local pickup is available by request in the DFW 75126 and 75214 zipcodes. Please email shop@maroceramics.com to set up a time and date for pickup within 3 days of placing your order. Use code DFWLOCALPU to remove shipping charges. Orders not picked up within 14 days will be voided. 

Address Change:

If you have placed an order and made a mistake with your address, please contact immediately for change, as we ship packages with the address included in the invoice. We are not responsible for returned mail, or lost mail due to an invalid address. Address changes cannot be made once your item has been shipped. Any cost incurred due to returned mail, or address mistakes will be the responsibility of the customer- otherwise the order will be cancelled. To avoid this, please double check your address when making your order. 

 

Consolidation:

We automatically consolidate any open orders placed within the processing time, with the same contact info-  into one order. Additional shipping charges can be refunded when postage is weighed and printed for the combined orders.
